Mission Statement
The Simply Herbal College was founded in 1985 and registered with ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) for professional training in Complementary Therapy.
ITEC has a long and highly respected reputation as an independent awarding body with a Quality Assurance Panel to oversee all ITEC registered colleges. ITEC produces stringent guidelines for every aspect of its courses and all students are examined theoretically and practically by external verifiers.
Modern education tries to give students opportunities for continuing in professional development and there are many post-graduate courses available, through various professional Associations and colleges, enabling therapists to continue improving their skills.
The aim of the college is to be non-discriminatory and non-judgmental, therefore students will not be excluded from entry if they can show adequate pre-requisite academic qualifications or through life/work experiences when an entrance examination can be taken. This is especially useful for mature students who are dedicated and want to train as Complementary Therapists.
Simply Herbal College has always been proud of it’s achievement in turning out confident and competent practitioners who can conduct themselves in a professional, ethical and dignified manner. |
